PFF: Chiefs DE George Karlaftis is tied for fifth-most pressures

Kansas City Chiefs defensive end George Karlaftis is quickly becoming a household name and one of the premier pass rushers on Kansas City’s defense following a spectacular rookie campaign.

This season, the second-year pro already has 20 pressures and is only four games into the 2023 campaign, which is tied for fifth-most in the NFL, according to the folks at Pro Football Focus.

Karlaftis is included with some elite company on this list, and it’s no surprise considering the kind of production he’s produced this early into his career. The former Boilermaker also has 14 tackles and two sacks and will have an opportunity to pad his stats against Kirk Cousins and the Minnesota offense on Sunday.

Watch for ‘Furious George’ to continue cementing his place as one of the NFL’s top pass rushers.
