The Kansas City Chiefs released their final injury report ahead of their divisional matchup against the Houston Texans on Thursday. Everyone was a full participant in practice this week after three weeks of rest.

Wide receiver Mecole Hardman was the only player who practiced in a limited capacity as he continues to nurse a knee injury. Hardman missed the last five weeks of the regular season. He is considered DOUBTFUL to play against the Texans on Saturday.
The biggest surprise this week is defensive back Jaylen Watson, who fractured his fibula and tibia on October 20. Initial reports said the second-year corner was done for the remainder of the season. However, he’s worked his way back to full strength and was a full participant in practice this week. He is officially QUESTIONABLE for Saturday’s playoff game after the Chiefs activated him to the 53-man roster from Injured Reserve. Kansas City’s coaching staff will continue to evaluate if he’s ready to step onto the field.
“I’m going to see,” head coach Andy Reid told reporters on Thursday. “[Jaylen Watson] worked tremendously hard to get himself to this point, first of all, and we’ll just see how that goes as far as the game reps and all that,” Reid explained. “He sure has worked hard to get himself even to this point right here.”
When healthy, Watson is a staple of Steve Spagnuolo’s defense, playing 91% of the defensive snaps through six games. The second-year corner accounted for 32 tackles and six passes defended, serving as a premium complement opposite All-Pro Trent McDuffie.
