Chiefs v. Colts: Wednesday Injury Report – Week 3

Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid provided some injury updates on Wednesday afternoon. Kicker Harrison Butker and defensive end Mike Danna were the only players that did not participate in practice. Everyone else worked in some capacity.

The Chiefs’ injury report can be seen below:

Butker continues to recover from an ankle injury he suffered in Week 1. He was held out of the Chiefs’ second game of the season, and – for now – it looks like Kansas City be calling upon Matt Ammendola in Week 3. Ammendola was perfect last week in his Chiefs debut, going 2 for 2 on field goals and 3 for 3 on PATs.

Mike Danna strained his calf during the Chiefs’ Thursday night battle against the Chargers. It remains to be seen if he’ll be ready to suit up for Week 3 or if he’ll be riding the sideline for a decent amount of time.

The most glaring injury for Indianapolis right now is tackle Bernhard Raimann’s ankle, which was injured today in practice. The rest of Indy’s players practiced to some extent on Wednesday.
