Chiefs send 7 members to the 2021 Pro Bowl

The National Football League revealed the AFC and NFC rosters for the 2021 Pro Bowl on Monday evening. The players chosen were voted on by fans, players, and coaches.

This year, the Pro Bowl will be different. Due to the OVID-19 pandemic, the league has decided there will not be a physical Pro Bowl game that will be played between AFC and NFC squads.

Instead, the NFL plans to hold a week-long virtual event in late January leading up to Super Bowl LV.

The Kansas City Chiefs tied with the Baltimore Ravens, Green Bay Packers, and Seattle Seahawks with a league-most seven members from each club, respectively, being named to the Pro Bowl roster.

The seven members that will represent the Chiefs are: (2020 stats are as of Dec. 22nd)

QB Patrick Mahomes – 366 of 544 for 4,462 yards, 36 TDs and 5 INTs; 59 rushes for 287 yards and 2 TDs – 3rd nomination

WR Tyreek Hill – 83 receptions for 1,211 yards and 15 TDs; 13 rushes for 123 yards and 2 TDs – 5th nomination

TE Travis Kelce – 98 receptions for 1,318 yards and 10 TDs – 6th nomination

LT Eric Fisher – 14 starts, 3.0 sacks allowed (PPF); 1 reception for 2 yards and a TD – 2nd nomination

DE Frank Clark – 27 tackles (19 solo), 7 tackles loss, 5.0 sacks, 12 QB hits, 2 passes defended, 1 fumble recovery – 2nd nomination

DT Chris Jones – 35 tackles (22 solo), 2 tackles for loss, 6.5 sacks, 24 QB hits, 3 passes defended, 2 forced fumbles – 2nd nomination

S Tyrann Mathieu – 61 tackles (41 solo), 9 passes defended, 6 interceptions, 1 TD, 3 tackles for loss, 2 QB hits – 2nd nomination
