Less than a week until their season-opening game against the Houston Texans, the fate of NFL hopefuls will now be left in the hands of General Manager Brett Veach and Head Coach Andy Reid following an unprecedented off-season. Since there’s no exhibition game film to go over, the Chiefs coaching staff will re-evaluate each of their practices during training camp and decide who deserves to remain a Chief and who’ll be moving on in their football journey. Like the other 31 clubs, Kansas City must finalize a 53-man roster no later than 4 pm eastern time on Saturday.
